Using my professional experience and motivated enthusiasm, I will work step-by-step with you to achieve the outcome you're seeking by developing a tailored marketing plan, briefly outlined below.
6 SIMPLE STEPS
One of our agents will meet with you to learn about your property's history, determine the amenities, recommend any needed improvements to best position the property, and ultimately define your goals. A Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) will be prepared and reviewed with you. Ultimately it is up to you how you would like to price. Throughout the process, we will also advise you on any potential reports that may be required prior to your property's Listing going live.
If needed, we will collaborate with you and a stager to tastefully update furnishings. Once staged, we will coordinate and manage a photo/video shoot, and if applicable, capture drone footage, all at the optimal time of day. A tasteful "For Sale" sign will be installed on your property, if allowed.
Once we've captured compelling imagery and materials have been created, your listing will be featured on the local Multiple Listing Service, (MLS), villagesite.com, and a plethora of affiliate and syndicated websites. Broker's tours will be held during the week (with your approval), and we will gather feedback from other Agents as to how the property is positioned. A welcoming, carefully considered, and optimal showing path will be developed.
Our Marketing team will work with your Agent to create a custom marketing plan, including beautiful and vivid marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, and postcards. Your property will be advertised in local publications. Every detail will be made to make your homes first impression spectacular!

Web placements offer global reach and instant access to your listing. To stay ahead of the curve, your home will be featured on navigatre.com as well as a number of high-traffic real estate sites.
