Sharon Xavier brings a rich tapestry of experiences and skills to her real estate career. Born in San Francisco, California, she spent her early years in Honshu, Japan, and later lived in Maryland and throughout the Bay Area. Her diverse upbringing and extensive travels have given her a deep appreciation for culture and community.

Sharon attended Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, where she majored in Communications. A gifted storyteller, she has authored five novellas under the pen name Sharon Sullivan, available on Amazon. Her works include Carousel, Cabernet, and Cocoa Beans, a time-travel adventure, and Who’s There?, a collection of ghost stories that reflect her love of imaginative narratives.

Before transitioning to real estate, Sharon enjoyed a successful 21-year career as a mortgage banker, specializing in selling loan portfolios on the secondary market. She also worked as a paralegal in the bankruptcy sector and spent six years in wine and spirits sales for Valley View Wine Sales in Glen Ellen, serving fine restaurants and retailers.

Sharon’s personal journey includes being married in Belize in a picturesque beach wedding, climbing an Aztec temple, and exploring caves by water raft. A long-time resident of Hidden Valley Lake, she and her family experienced resilience and determination after losing their home in the 2015 Valley Fire, finding a new place to call home shortly thereafter.

Since earning her real estate license in 2019, Sharon has been helping clients navigate the beautiful Lake County market with dedication and care. She finds immense joy in turning houses into homes while embracing the community she loves.
